By submitting an order, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the selected items. Contract confirmation is executed via an automated order acknowledgment sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Geographic Scope: Goods offered on this website are available for purchase and delivery strictly to European destinations.

3. Shipping & Delivery Terms
   Carriers & Transit Times: We collaborate with established logistics carriers, including express and priority services provided by DHL, FedEx, and UPS. Standard transit time across European destinations is estimated at 6 to 10 business days following dispatch.

Logistics Notifications: Automated tracking updates will be dispatched to the buyer’s designated email address at key fulfillment milestones, including order dispatch, arrival at primary transit hubs, and out-for-delivery status.

Delayed Deliveries & Investigations: In the event that a shipment exceeds the standard delivery timeframe, an investigation will be opened with the relevant carrier. Based on the findings of the carrier investigation, a full refund or a replacement shipment will be arranged.

4. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Statutory Returns)

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Goods
   We take care to ensure that products arrive in proper condition. Should an order arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery, the following procedure applies:

Reporting: The customer must contact customer support via control@neatplanterco.com promptly upon receiving the shipment, providing photographic evidence showing the issue.

Resolution: Upon verification of the photographic proof, a full refund or a replacement item will be processed without requiring the customer to return the physically damaged item.

6. Limitation of Liability & Applicable Law
   Governing Law: These Terms of Service and all purchase contracts entered into via www.neatplanterco.com are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without prejudice to mandatory statutory consumer protection provisions applicable in the consumer’s country of residence within the European Union.
